Why ERM?

We recognize that our people are the strong foundation for ERM.  Thus, our ability to attract, develop, retain and reward the very best talent is both the essence of our global People strategy and vital to our future. This means finding and hiring great people and ensuring that our leaders and culture nurture and support their development and success.

I am fortunate to have had both challenging opportunities and great mentors throughout my career.  Now, in my role as CEO, I am committed to sponsoring a global People agenda that helps ERMers reach their potential and enjoy a long and rewarding career here.  Here’s why I so firmly believe ERM offers such opportunities:

I was personally energized to meet the newly promoted Partner group last Fall at a four day induction meeting for them in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 35 new Partners representing a dozen different nationalities – a great example of the combination of skills, experiences, cultures and personalities that shape the diversity that underpins our success and sustainability as a business.
