We know that the best people in our industry don’t come to work to simply do a job, get paid and go home again. You come because you want to do something that is meaningful to you.  You want to extend your knowledge and grow your skills, to have a range of different learning experiences.  You come to interact with people who bring out the best in you, so that you can be the best you can be. And you want to work with people from whom you can learn, who inspire you. 

We look for inspiring leaders at every level.  Leadership isn’t something undertaken only by those at the top of our organization.  We value it at every level.  We want our people to have a sense of vision of what is possible, whether it be about a challenging client assignment, a way to improve a methodology, or to strengthen team effectiveness.  We want them to share that vision with others around them and gain their support and then be able to translate that vision into a plan for change and to implement it.  We need our people to have the courage to set out on new paths, to help make change happen–because the one thing we can be certain of is that our firm will keep changing–as we continually pursue our vision of being the consultancy of choice for clients and people.

This is what we look for in our leaders – people who inspire others in multiple ways as they go through their day.  They might do it by going the extra step to meet a client need, or by taking the time to explain to a less experienced colleague just how to draft a proposal that will make a client say, ‘Yes!’, or how to interact appropriately with a colleague in another practice sitting in another time zone.
