University Graduates
ERM’s entry-level positions provide a strong foundation for building your skills to start a successful career in the environmental field. We hire graduates with sound technical qualifications, a strong work ethic, good communication skills, flexibility and responsiveness, and an ability to work with others. A positive attitude, hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills, and a relevant internship or group project are also important to us. While we have over 30 technical disciplines on staff, here are some of the most common degrees we hire:

Support Services
Our leaders are open to new ideas that will make the company more effective. We have a broad spectrum of positions for the people who help keep our core business going. As part of ERM’s Support Services team, you'll provide high-quality service to our internal clients – practice and key client teams, project managers, business operations – in the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, knowledge management, legal, marketing & sales, and project/office administration.
