Stacey has 16 years' experience in compliance and management consulting. Her key focus is on performance through exploration/diagnostics, gap analysis or transformation mapping, and intervention techniques such as one on one coaching or commitment workshops for those companies seeking rapid change.
For several years Stacey was a Global EHS Manager for an aftermarket automotive manufacturer and she continues to support the organization as one of their Global Steering Committee members.
Prior to joining ERM, Stacey was the Director of Training for the Center for Environmental and Occupational Training where she facilitated hundreds of compliance and developmental training courses.
